Shipping policy

Please refer to individual product shipping timeframes. High demand on certain items may delay processing.

UK Orders:
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive your shipment confirmation and tracking info.

Deliveries are 1-3 working days from time of dispatch.

Outside the UK:

• Shipping costs vary based on your address.
• Delivery timeframes: 3-20 working days, depending on your country.
• EU orders are processed from our UK depot.

 

Customs and Duties:

• Buyer is responsible for all customs and duties. Truthful Lies Ltd is not accountable for these charges.
• We cannot be held responsible if your order is held at your country's customs or processing centre.

EU Orders:

• EU orders may incur import tax, VAT, and handling fees. Truthful Lies Ltd is not responsible for these charges.
• If you refuse to pay customs and the parcel is returned, import taxes will be deducted from your refund.
• No refund if the parcel is lost after rejecting import tax.

Missing Orders:

• If your order hasn't arrived within the delivery period, contact us at info@truthful-lies.com
• Refunds/exchanges are available for missing orders within 30 working days.
